A minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental rate is required within 14 days of booking. Any remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For reservations made 30 days or less from the date of arrival, total balance is due at time of booking.

Cancellations and Refunds:
It is strongly encouraged to purchase CSA Travel Protection Insurance. If you choose not to purchase CSA Travel Protection Insurance, you may only cancel 90 days prior to scheduled check-in date and receive a refund of the advance deposit minus a $75 cancellation fee.
