We stayed here 1st-10th October, We were given this accommodation as our original accommodation was not ready on arrival. The accommodation was amazing and plenty of space for 10 ladies. Amazing facilities and close to supermarkets. Unfortunately our original accommodation was on the beach and very central to what we wanted and this was the only fault for us and the fact that we were bitten terribly. The accommodation clean, excellent amenities and as long as you don't mind getting cabs great location and plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again if in a large group. We booked through American Vaction Rentals.

We had a good time staying at your property. The decor is lovely and the location is good. There is a 24hr store down the street as well as a supermarket and cashpoints. The code entry system was good as we had no keys to lose! Especially good was the TV's and fully stocked kitchen (utensils).

| Deposit: Accidental Damage Waiver: An Accidental Damage Waiver (ADW) fee of $90 is added on to all rentals. ADW is a non-refundable fee whereby American Vacation Living assumes the liability associated with minor accidental damages to the leased premises or its contents during the Tenant’s occupancy. ADW is not insurance, nor should it be interpreted as such. This allows American Vacation Living to waive your responsibility for reported accidental damage up to a maximum aggregate amount of $2,000.00. The damage waiver becomes effective upon check-in and terminates at departure or 11:00 A.M. on the last day of the lease term (“check-out time”), whichever occurs first.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations: must be submitted in writing. For cancellations within 90 days prior to arrival all monies are forfeited and no refunds will be made. You are still responsible for paying final balance. If reservation is cancelled earlier than 90 days prior to arrival your monies will be refunded LESS the following: cancellation fee (same amount as deposit) and its taxes, credit card convenience fee and its taxes (if applicable) and trip insurance (if applicable).
