We had a great time in Miami!
The apartment was also just as I expected so no complaints. We enjoyed the stay very much.
I was also wondering what kind of condo's, apartments or houses you have for rent also in Miami Beach.
We want to come back next year but we would like to have at least 2 bathrooms and 3 or 4 bedrooms.
What kind of offers can you make?

We had a good time staying at your property. The decor is lovely and the location is good. There is a 24hr store down the street as well as a supermarket and cashpoints. The code entry system was good as we had no keys to lose! Especially good was the TV's and fully stocked kitchen (utensils).

I want to extend another thank to you and your house staff for making our stay with as wonderful as the house we stayed in for the week. You guys made our stay better than anyone of us could have imagine. The house was clean, in great shape, the beds were soft, and I mean everything was great!!!!! I have recommended this house and you in particular to some of my friends. Oddly enough there should someone that will contact you very soon to seek availability of the house that we stayed in while in Miami.

ADW is a non-refundable fee whereby American Vacation Living assumes the liability associated with minor accidental damages to the leased premises or its contents during the Tenant’s occupancy.
