Tentative reservations are taken by phone, via our web site or in person at our office. All reservations require a 40% booking deposit which is applied to the total fee upon check-in. On-line booking deposits are made via MasterCard, Visa or Discover at the time the reservation is entered. Phone and in person booking deposits may be made via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, E-Check or the booking deposit will be printed on a reservation acknowledgement that is mailed/e-mailed promptly after your booking. To confirm, we must receive your booking deposit within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice.

A security/damage deposit is required for all rentals. A valid credit card may be used for the security deposit. If paying by cash the security/damage deposit must be paid in full prior to check-in and will be refunded within 14 days less any damage charges.
