| Deposit: Tentative reservations are taken by phone, via our web site or in person at our office. All reservations require a 40% booking deposit which is applied to the total fee upon check-in. On-line booking deposits are made via MasterCard, Visa or Discover at the time the reservation is entered. Phone and in person booking deposits may be made via MasterCard, Visa, Discover, E-Check or the booking deposit will be printed on a reservation acknowledgement that is mailed/e-mailed promptly after your booking. To confirm, we must receive your booking deposit within 7 days or the reservation will be cancelled without prior notice. A security/damage deposit is required for all rentals. A valid credit card may be used for the security deposit. If paying by cash the security/damage deposit must be paid in full prior to check-in and will be refunded within 14 days less any damage charges. Cancellations and Refunds: CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations, date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
