waterfront property with private pool and hot tub. The house is located on the corner of Landmark and Tulip which is very near the
beach and walking distance to some shops. A large yard including a mango tree, a coconut tree and some banana trees for our guests. A large dock is available for
ocean access, fishing, boat/jet
ski access, and lift storage.
The house has all the comforts of home and enough rooms and beds to accommodate many more guests than standard
rental properties. We have also included a good many extra TVs for the additional guests along with high speed (broadband) Internet . . .

My family highly recommends this smart-layout Tulip home. Start to finish, the owners and their beautiful, clean, "above-and-beyond stocked" home housed three families (me, 7-yr son, husband and two close families) along with numerous daily visitors attending my daughter's wedding June 2006. The lease agreement and owner-flexibility to permit us extra days were clear, fair and accommodating; the home itself was immaculate and well-serviced during our stay; the generous pool and hot-tub sparkling and luxurious; and the dock (due to its lighting) rivaled any respectable aquarium. The extras provided in the home, from creature-comforts to grill and outdoor equipment, were noteworthy and much-appreciated. The central location is easily accessible yet wonderfully private. Simply said, our highest accolades - and we've traveled several continents!
