WE spent Christmas at 585 Kendall Dr. in Marco Island. It was just beautiful. We really enjoyed the tennis and basketball courts. The house was very beautiful with many amenities. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and look forward to booking it again for our family and with friends using the other home next door.

We spent the first week of Dec 2007 at this quality home with our two adult children and their spouses, college student son and two young grandchildren. There was something for all age groups; pool, hot tub, tennis court bocce, basketball court and shuffleboard. At the pool side, Jenn-Air grill was the site of many enjoyable lunches and dinners. The living accommodations were roomy, with a large master suites on one side of the home and three bedrooms and two baths and a laundry room on the other along with a nice
size kitchen/family room area.
The pristine, wide powdery white sand beach is a short walk from the house. Much of it is part of a nature preserve, so development is at the distance.
Although we had plenty of things to do on site, shopping, restaurants and golf courses were convenient.
We will definitely consider returning and possibly bringing another family to the rent Dr. Grajo's house next door. Of special note, the owner (Dr. Gally Grajo) is a first class gentleman who was very responsive to our needs; not an ambivalent rental agency. His personal attention was definitely a strong plus.

We rented both #585 and #569 Kendall Dr. for our extended family of 16 Oct 15- 21. Our family included teenagers, little kids, a toddler, an infant, and even a family friend from Ireland and everyone had an incredible time. The homes were gorgeous and having the pools and courts made it like our own private resort! Gally has thought of everything for the house, from a crib and high chair to beach chairs and pool toys. Gally was very responsive whenever we had a question or needed something fixed. He was also very helpful when we needed to evacuate (1 day early) for hurricane Wilma.
We would definitely consider returning to these two homes- they were perfect for our large family!

This is what a vacation is suppose to be like. This is an immaculate home that you would be hard-pressed to match on Marco Island, or anywhere else for that matter. Lots of space, fantastic ammenities, close proximity to the beach...it was like living in your own private resort. We have already made our reservations for next year!

My family spent an extremely enjoyable week in this home. The pictures do not reflect what a wonderful place it is. From the time we arrived my children were playing basketball, tennis and swimming all the time. My wife and I enjoyed relaxing on the screened in porch and using the jacuzzi in the evenings. The house is very convenient to shopping and the public beach is a matter of minutes away. The appliances are all top-of-the-line and each bedroom was very comfortable. Anyone thinking of renting this property do not hesitate as I hope you enjoy it as much as we did. We are already looking to plan another trip next summer.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our vacation while renting this awesome house! The kids had a blast and were never bored, and my wife and I enjoyed the finer things that the house provided. The owners were extremely friendly and wonderful to work with and very accomodating and helpful as well. As advertized, the beach is only a quick away. Excellent vacation home and one that we highly recommend! In fact, we have already booked our vacation for next year as well.
