has 2 bedroom/2 bath with lots of extras. The living
room is large with sofas, recliners and 48" flat screen TV, VCR, DVD. There is a sofa bed for your guest if needed.
The dining room is adjacent to the living room with
table and 4 chairs and extras in the bedroom if you
have guests. The kitchen is remodeled with new
cabinets and wall has been removed to open it up
and add counter space. All appliances are new and
many items for your cooking needs. The master
bedroom had a king size bed and dresser and tables
and lamps and flat screen TV. Master bath is adjoining. Guest bedroom is separated from the master and has twin beds and a hall bath outside the door. Carpet was new in 2008. Clean and nicely appointed. South Seas has a guard gate with 24-hour security, large swimming pool next to the building and the beach. 10 tennis courts with a club atmosphere, exercise room
and boat docks on the bay. This 2 bedroom/2 bath
