This rental can't be beat! I stayed the Summer of 2006. The place is clean and the furnishings are beautiful. The place has a wall of years of great fishing that include the owners catch and some of the renters have been included. I know I'll be back you shouldn't even look any further...

I was compelled to recommend this property. I stayed at this property expecting the worse because of the rate which is approximately $100.00 a night. I couldn't find hotels at that rate. This is a fully furnished home with any ammenity possibly needed. At night my wife and I got into the Jacuzzi that is situated right next to the dock and water. It was great! The owner also took my wife and I diving at Sombero Reef which was spectacular. He is a part-time charter captain. We compared prices from nearby charters for the same dive with 20-30 other divers at a cost of $150.00. He took us out for the same price but we had the boat to ourselfs and we had one on one service when it came to info on the reef. It was worth every penny. I retained his services for a fishing trip the next day at the same price and we caught 20 beautiful and very tasty fish called Yellow Tails. The property is nearby a supermarket and a number of great restaurants. The experience was great and you truly can't beat the price. I will definetly be back next year. Hopefully the rates won't go up much..

I stayed at this beautiful property with my husband and we have never relaxed as we did at the listed property. Sombero beach is just minutes away and once a week we drove just thirtiy minutes and enjoyed Key West. We also reserved a charter with the owner who is an exprienced fishing guide. We caught Snapper, Barracuda, and we even snorkeled at a nearby coral reef. It was spectacular. The accomodations were more than comfortable. We highly reccomend this listing.
