.Kokomo is a wonderful 4 bedroom/2 bath home on a large lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has Oceans Views. This house can accommodate up to 10 occupants, limit of 8 adults and 2 children, 12 or under. The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen(newly remodeled-2011), dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom(newly remodeled 2011). One bedroom has a King Size bed and the other has a King bed and a daybed & trundle bed (with regular twin mattresses). The spiral staircase(also an outside regular staircase) takes you up to the upper level to the living room and 2 additional bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed and the other bedroom has a Queen size. Outside the large private yard has a Hot Tub, Heated pool, gas grill and sitting area with lounge chairs and tables and a hammock to watch those spectacular Keys sunsets or relax and enjoy the views. The dock has 3 to 4 feet of water at low tide and has electric and water. The fish are plentiful and easy to catch. Other amenities include 4 TVs with satellite service, 3 DVD players, stereo CD player, free Continental US long distance, High Speed Wireless Internet, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen, furniture, beds, beds linens and towels.
