Situated on a lagoon with access to the intracoastal and the Gulf of Mexico. The house is just 2 short blocks to beautiful Madeira Beach, our home boasts a list of amenities that is sure to please even the most discerning vacationer.

Among the many features is a brand new HEATED SWIMMING POOL, the"Bellagio" custom hot tub, fishing dock, 6000lb boat lift, 30' boat slip, Key West style patio and sun porch, king size bed in the master and queen in the guest room, 4 color tv's w/cable including a new 27" flat screen on the back porch that can be viewed from the pool! Cd/DVD stereo w/outdoor speakers, beautful tropical landscape and lighting.

You get all of this and a waterfront setting that is frequented by manatees and dolphins. Not to mention the great fishing right off your
own private dock. I have even installed a nightime "snook" light that attracts fish like crazy!

The house is completely furnished and stocked as only an owner would do. We have spared no expense with top of line recliner sofas, Tommy Bahama style Master Bedroom furniture and complete outdoor patio furnishings including a gas grill and gas patio heater for those cooler evenings out under the stars.
The house also comes with a large capacity washer/dryer set located in the walk-in closet of the master bedroom. Your kitchen is complete and includes new range,refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and all accesories needed to entertain, right down to the deluxe tropical smoothie blender! You will feel right at home within moments of your arrival.
The "Mad Beach Bungalow" is located within walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, post office, antique shops, bait and tackle shops and several pharmacies and beach wear shops.

This is our summer house that is now available for the short winter and select times throughout the year to those who want to stay in a truly special place!
