I have stayed at this building before but not this particular unit. I would highly recommend the Villa Maderia. Have stayed at several condos in the area and the Villa M. is one of the best. The building is very well kept. The pool is clean and the beach area at this building is great. Nice fine white sand,no crushed shells like some areas. Good location too.Grocery stores and Mall not far, Johns Pass just down the street. I have rented from this owners brother who has a unit in the building too and I would rent this particular unit with no hesitation. Have rented for a few years now in Maderia and renting from the owners is my choice over a rental agency.
