With easy access to shopping, restaurants and under 5 minutes drive or a short walk from famous John's Pass, this condo is a great home away from home.

Our vacation condo comes with a fully-equipped kitchen /living room that includes a pull-out bed couch and comfortabe leather recliner, and a colour TV. A separate bedroom includes two double beds, a large closet and dresser, and a second colour TV.

This self-catering apartment condo provides an economical alternative to those who want to spend their time exploring the Gulf Coast beaches, fishing, golfing, or even spending the day in Orlando's many theme parks only 90 minutes away. A 15 minute walk along the beach takes you to Johns Pass, a quaint village of shops and restaurants where you can book a fishing or casino cruise, or even just fish from the pier. There are attractions for the nature lovers -- seabird sanctuaries and aquariums close by.

Don't want to rent a car? The Suncoast Trolley, with day and week passes, stops at our corner, and takes you quickly up to Clearwater Beach (30 min) or down to St. Pete Beach, or even to Tyrone Mall and beyond to St. Petersburg Pier. You can easily arrange inexpensive shuttle service to or from Tampa Bay International or St. Pete/Clearwater Airports that will bring you to the door and pick up up at the door to take you back to the airport at the end of your stay. Full Grocery stores are nearby and there is a convenience store right across the street for sundry items, even morning coffee and a daily newspaper. If you bring your car, there is an off-street parking space provided for you.


The condo has a heated pool with lounge chairs, a gas BBQ and 2 Tiki Huts. This is a main floor unit for those who want to avoid stairs. This unit has a parking space provided. Additional amenities include a coin washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels.

If you like the ocean sand, just cross the street and you're in paradise walking on the famous white sands of Florida's Gulf coast. Views from the motel condo units vary -- but the view after you walk across one street is --- miles of Gulf Beach and glorious sunsets!!! Come and enjoy everything you'll need for a great vacation!
