This house was fabulous! Everything you need! Large bedrooms, spcious bathrooms, wonderful kitchen, living and dining room. Plus a lovely pool, free internet and long distances calls. The house was spotless and the neighbourhood is very quiet and pretty. I am looking forward to renting it again next year!

My husband and I, along with our 3 kids enjoyed our stay. We arrived on Friday 06/13/08 and left Friday 06/20/08. The house was fabulous, one of the nicest on the block. The exterior had one of the best curb-side appearances. The inside was spotless. It was a perfect layout for all of us. Spacious working kitchen, wonderful sized dining room. We loved that the kids rooms had TV-DVD players, it allowed the kids to relax after a long day at the theme parks. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary cooking essentials. There were plenty of extra beach towels, bath towels and sheets and blankets in all of the rooms. we loved that the kids rooms had tv/dvd players becuase it allowed them to quietly wind down after a long day at the theme parks. of course for us, the best part was the pool. We enjoyed this aspect of renting a vacation home versus staying at a resort, becuase if one of the children needed a nap, no one had to stay in the boreing hotel room, while the others played in the water. we could put our little one down, and still enjoy the sun and fun. The location of the home was unbelievable. The trip from the airport was a very quick one, and the best part was from front door to front gate, it was 7 min to get to Disney World (that included stops at traffic lights, I timed it). The home was cozy, and was real easy to adapt to and enjoy being "home" on vacation. The accessability to local stores and restaurants was easy. I think I would have taken advantage of a binder of some sort with driving directions, or local pizza establishments that deliver to the area. But all in all, we would definately return to this home.

What a pleasent surprise to walk into a spacious well appointed, well kept home. Its location could not have been better. I could not believe we could be in Disney within 5 minutes. If you don't like waiting in traffic to get to Disney, you'll love it here. The home has everything you could possibly need. Our 3 grand children had a ball. The swimming pool was a big hit especially with all the sunshine flooding it. You certainly will not be disappointed staying in this home. Please feel free to contact me with any questions. Also, their rental agent was most helpful answering any questions. I have stayed in a number of rental units in Fla. and this was the best and at a very reasonable price.

We would highly recommend staying in the Johnson's vacation home. It was very clean and had plenty of dishes,towels, etc. The privacy fence around the backyard was so nice...pool time was stress free. The boys (4 &7) could jump and splash. We were really able to relax...pop into the kitchen for snacks and beverages rather than packing up a beach bag to take down to the pool. Our boys enjoyed the Nascar themed bedroom complete with racing rug on which to drive their matchbox cars.
Most people are exhausted following a Disney vacation and staying at the Johnson home made it so relaxing. Gary called before we left in case we had last minute questions. The Management Company called while we were there to make sure everything was going well. No packing up the swim bag after a day at the park to go down to the pool. No waiting in lines for a table for meals. No going home with a suitcase full of laundry....I popped a load in as needed. Why would you stay at the Disney Resorts when you can relax with ample space and comfort in this home?

We loved the house!! The house is spacious and inviting with a great floorplan. We felt at home there. We traveled with 2 small children and found the themed rooms and the available pack and play(playpen)wonderful. We vacationed late August and had a wonderful time in the pool- it was the perfect temperature, not to mention fun and relaxing after all the hustle and bustle at the parks. We loved that it was so close to the parks and that we could enjoy some down time without the crowds at the hotels. We will definantly stay here on our next visit to Disney World!!

Fabulous vacation home!! Extremely neat & tidy. All rooms very spacious and inviting. Pool was clean and pool area very private. Would definetly book this home on future vacations to Disney!! Less than a 10 minute drive to the parking lots is Disney parks and also convenient location for shopping in Kissimmee.

Very nice place. Very close to Disney, restaurants and most anything else you want for a Disney vacation. Nice neighborhood and well maintained, clean home. Most everything in the home is brand new. Could easily house two families with the (2 master like bedrooms and the two kids rooms).
