We had a fabulous time in Florida. A large part of that was due to the fabulous villa with a pool that was thoroughly enjoyed by the children after a long day at the theme parks. The children also made the most of viewing the Disney DVDs. The villa was spacious and comfortable and is like a home-from-home. Mark and Ali are very helpful. They provided good advice and guidance prior to our trip and were very prompt in every aspect. Thanks for letting us stay at your lovely Florida home.

Excellent villa. Very clean and spacious and well equipped for a family.
Location of villa very quiet, easy to get to and plenty to do around.
Pool was lovely and warm after a day at the parks.
I would be happy to recommend to others and be happy to use this villa again.

This was our second visit to the villa and again did not fail to impress us. Location to all the attractions,shops etc is just perfect approx 25 minutes.The villa is well maintained and tidy with a very nice swimming pool which our grand daughter loved.

We had two golfing couples in our party and stayed at Mark and Ali's villa over Christmas 2008. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. All the comforts of home are there including very good wireless for your laptop (we had many Skype "visits" with our families over Xmas!), free telephone across Canada and the US, and great HBO cable complete with PVR! Then there is the big library of DVD's, CD's, books and games! The home is clean and well furnished (comfy beds!) and the pool is wonderful. The neighbourhood is easy to find and safe. We had terrific weather for our golf games (and the cost of golf is reasonable too!). If we decide to golf Florida again we'll be contacting Mark and Ali and we have already recommended their home to our friends.

Arrived back yesterday from a brilliant 12 holiday in Florida. The villa was excellent, had everything and more a family could wish for. Very luxurious living conditions, well equipped kitchen and an extremely inviting pool after a long day at the parks. We had a small issue with a shower curtain pole, but one call to the Management Company and it was fixed straight away. Cannot recommend highly enough! We found our stay at the Villa very enjoyable, everything you needed was at the house it was like being at home.
It was very easy to find from the airport and not too far from the Disney parks.
It was very clean and tidy and the pool was very good and looked after. i would recommend and be happy to use again.

3 time visitors to this really lovely home,the house comes with everything you could need and much more.The pool area is great,secluded and so peaceful,as is the entire estate.Yet close enough to all the shopping and parks you could want.I truly couldn't fault it,Mark and Ali should be justifiably proud of their home,I cant recommend it highly enough.

As soon as we stepped through the front door of the villa we instantly felt at home. It was very clean and very well presented and was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable-a real home from home. Great location being in a local neighbourhood away from tourists!! Also, Mark and Alison were very helpful from the moment we booked right through to the end of the holiday. Highly recommended.

We went first 2 weeks in February and had record high temperatures - in the eighties every day.
Villa was spotless great location for the airport and all the fun of Orlando and the parks.Shopping is also not too far away.
we have been to Orlando many times and this was the first time in this villa. Compared to others the villa had a lot of little extras - dvd's cd's heated pool starter pack games.
Really well stocked with dishes towels and bed linen
Would not hesitate to recommend also owners were most helful with handy tips and places to go and things to do including all the directions.
When we go back to Orlando we will certainly be using this villa if it is available.

This is the second time we stayed at this villa and if possible it is better than the first. It is so close to eveything but in a private neighborhood that make you feel as if you are at home! The beds were wonderfull and the pool wonderfully warm. The pictures do not do it justice. We will definalty be back again and again.

We stayed here during Easter 2007. The villa is well positioned, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and superbly equipped with everything you need (and more). The children loved the fantastic, warm swimming pool, morning, noon and night (particularly after a hard day at the 'parks').

Thank you for the use of your Florida home, from the initial enguiry we were looked after, suppling us with cost savings web pages on Park tickets,places to visit and reasurance on the new US immigration procedure, and the welcome food pack previously requested by our selves.
The Villa was all we invisaged, a well maintained villa situated in a lovely neighbourhood with great neighbours easy access to all the popular loctions.

We stayed at this villa just before Easter 2006 and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a villa in easy reach of the Orlando attractions. We found the villa was well equipped and met all our needs (we have 3 teenage sons). The swimming pool is a big plus to come home to after walking around all the parks. The local Publix supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and met all our self catering needs. If you fancy eating out then this is well catered for locally, especially along the 192 which is about 5 minute drive away.Hope you enjoy your vacation

My wife and I stayed for 10 days on our first visit to Florida. The villa is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. We particulary liked the spacious en-suite and the king size bed. The location is very convient with Dixies supermarket minutes away and all the theme parks an easy 20 minutes. We will definitely make a return visit.

This villa we highly recommend for visiting Orlando, (we have used other villas in the past) it is clean,welcoming and very well equipped for all ages and tastes, the area is very tidy and clean and not too far away from the 192 and Disney attractions. The information left at the villa is very informative. We recommend Cyprus Gardens for a different park to visit, it has beautiful gardens, eating places and a funfair park that is well equipped with rides for all ages and abilities, from babies to oaps,with a water park opening this summer well worth a visit and not too pricey. We stayed at March 5-13, 2004 and were very pleased with the house, its ammenities, the deck & pool, and surroundings. The house was very clean and well taken care of. It is so much better than staying in a hotel because you have so much more privacy and peace and quiet. The house is in a very nice neighborhood and is convenient to shops and restuarants. February 2004 We really enjoyed staying at this villa which is very close to the Orlando International Airport. The villa was comfortable (beds very comfortable), clean and had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The children loved the pool, even though the weather was a bit on the cool side in February! The information package that the owner sends is very helpful including directions to attractions, shopping and even restaurant recommendations. We would recommend this villa to others. This villa is well equipped and in a lovely location. All rooms are clean, tidy and kitchen has everything required. The kids loved the swimming pool and watched the Simpsons DVD over & over. Disney resort is a good 25 minutes drive away on the Osceola Parkway (toll road but well worth it). There's a massive 24hr Walmart about 6 miles away on the Osceola Parkway before the Toll road. Easy access to Highway 192 (5 mins). We'd highly recommend The Outback Steakhouse on the 192 (we only went there 3 times). We had an excellent holiday and would rate this villa *****+ Thanks Mark & Ali, we WILL be back one day ;)

A lovely villa on a beautiful development. When we arrived at 9.30 at night it was cool, clean and had piping hot water. The equipment in the house is excellent. Restaurants in abundance on the 192. Try Tony Roma's, Ruby Tuesdays and The Outback Steakhouse. We'd recommend this house to anyone.
