This is a Games room home with a professional 8 foot slate pool table, and fussball. FREE Hi Speed Internet Broadband available anywhere in the villa.

Our villa offers excellent value, but this is not all you get. This fabulous luxury villa is situated in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort, only 3 miles from Disney. There is a 24hr manned security entrance gate for your safety. This is an exclusive, prestigious resort with many communal facilities. The spacious villa is 3900 ft square including the games room and has a vaulted ceiling. There are many luxurious upgrades to this
villa. It is designer furnished to a very high standard to create a feeling of relaxation.

There is a 65" widescreen tv in the family room and with an HD uprating DVD player. There are 9 tvs in the house all with Dvd
players, 4 with Vcr's builtin also. There is Cable TV, HBO,CNN, ESPN and many other channels.

There is an Xbox in the house with 2 controllers.

There are 4 Kings, lavishishly furnished, 3 with ensuites, 1 with shared bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms and another with two bunk beds. We
have furnished the house with your comfort in mind, we have pillow top mattresses on all beds(apart from bunk).

Just wanted to let you know, your house was fabulous. We had a total
of 14 people stay with us and noone at anytime felt cramped or crowded. The house is spacious and decorated very nicely. It was
also very comfortable. Everthing was just like you said it would be, even the grounds were lovely. I will reccomend you to anyone I know if they mention they are going to the area.
