beautiful 6 bedroom villa with private heated pool and
games room on Terra Verde Resort & Spa. Located
only 7 miles from the gates of Disney. As our guests
you will also be welcome to use the resort facilities.
You will enjoy the best of both worlds, your own
private luxury villa, with all the comforts of home, plus
the amenities of a hotel, including a concierge, right
on your doorstep.

Villa Mimosa is equipped with high speed wireless
internet access. Bring your own laptop or make use
of the our private workstation, free of charge. All local
and long distance calls are also free of charge.

Sleeping Arrangements
Ground Floor: One master suite with private bath,
king size bed, walk-in-closet, TV ceiling fan, phone,
DVD.

1st Floor: 2nd master suite, private bath, king size
bed, walk-in-closet.

3rd master suite, private bath, queen size bed.

2 twin bedded rooms, sharing 5th bathroom.

1 double room with 2 sets of bunk beds, private bath.

All bedrooms have cable tv.

Sleeps 14 plus infants. High chairs, strollers, cribs /
cots provided free of charge.

The games room has a 7ft pool table foosball table,
air hockey and electronic darts. We have provided a
selection of toys, games and books plus an X-Box for
your entertainment. Pool toys and swimming aids are
also provided.

The villa has been furnished and equipped to a very
high standard with the help of a local designer. All
towels and linen are supplied.

The fully screened, gorgeous pool is set in an
extended deck and there is a covered terrace for
entertaining. The pooloverlooks a beautiful
conservation area rich with birdlife. All doors to the
pool are alarmed for your peace of mind and there is
a safety fence around the pool itself.

Terra Verde is surrounded by golf courses and is only
a 5 minute drive from the Magic Corridor with its
shops and restaurants. The beaches of the Gulf
Coast are a short drive to the west and to the east
are the delights of Miami, Daytona and the Space
Centre. Don't miss a trip to the nearby town of
Celebration and shoppers must not miss the Mall at
Millenia. (Stop by the Cheescake Factory for an
energy boost!)

International Studios and Seaworld are 20 minutes
drive away and the main gates of Disney are just 7
miles from your door! SO CLOSE YOU CAN FEEL
THE MAGIC!

Meet new friends around the resort pool and enjoy
refreshments at the clubhouse or, simply relax and
chillout at the villa in the comfort of your own 'home
from home'. Relax and listen to music or watch a
DVD, enjoy a good book by the pool, we have tried to
anticipate all your needs, right down to the wet
weather gear by the front door!

Cancellation Up to 8 weeks before departure - loss of deposit 8 - 4 weeks before departure - 50% of full rental cost due. 4 weeks before departure - full cost of the villa is due. Refunds are entirely at the discretion of the owner. You reservation is only secured by the payment of a 10% deposit and the completion of a booking form. The balance of payment is due 60 days before departure. We request a security deposit of $500 / £350 which is refundable on conclusion of an inspection by our management company.

We had a wonderful stay at the Mimosa. The house was beautiful, spacious enough for all eleven of us. The pool was the main attraction for the kids and the safety gate kept us sane. We will for sure be requesting to stay again, and will tell all our friends. Thank you for the opportunity.
One more thing: The location of the house was wonderful....So so close to Disney and so much more.

My family and I spent a wonderful X-mas holiday at Villa Mimosa approximately 3 to 4 years ago. We absolutely loved the home, beautifully furnished and the home appealed to both the big kids (adults)and the younger children. We definately plan on visiting the home again on our next holiday in Florida.

Three families stayed in this lovely villa from 14th October-28th October.
It had everthing we needed. With exploring the different parks everyday, the pool and the villa were a welcome site at the end of such tiring days. The kids loved the pool and the games room and there was plenty space for us all to relax. we never saw any racoons, but a couple of days our bins had been knocked over. Overall we had an excellent stay and would recommend this villa to all our friends. We would stay here again.

Wonderful home. We must say it was home away from home. Everything close by and driving to and from no problems. Racoons gave us a show, but the kids like it. We have just stayed at Villa Mimosa over Christmas with friends from England. There were 13 of us in all and the villa was just the perfect size for us. Everything we needed for a perfect holiday was provided, even a Christmas tree! The kids were always entertained with the pool and games room allowing the adults to relax and catch up. Liesel was so helpful and accommodating and we will recommend Villa Mimosa to everyone. Thank you for a lovely holiday.

I stayed in Villa Mimosa in March 2006 with my family. I was highly impressed with the exclusive nature of the Terra Verde resort and the internal decoration and furnishings in Mimosa were absolutely fantastic. It was an absolute pleasure to return to the villa after an exhausting day in one of the theme parks.

The villa proximity and easy travel to Disney was another terrific feature and I can give nothing but the highest possible recommendation of the property.

My family (comprising 6 adults and 3 children) have today returned from a 2 week stay at Villa Mimosa. This is a superb, quality property offering furnishings of the highest standard plus excellent entertainment facilities. The private pool is great and the children truly enjoyed themselves in the well equipped games room. However, even more important we found Liesel to be a charming, caring and extremely helpful owner.
Add to this its closeness to Disney and Universal, we have no hesitation in highly recommending this holiday home.

We were in Orlando for a softball tournament, so it was nice to come back to the cool villa and relaxing pool after a day at the ballpark. Villa Mimosa was more than enough house for our 6, everyone had their own space, nobody had to share a bathroom (very important for 3 teenage girls). The booking process was so easy and every time I had a question, Liesel got back to me as quickly as she could being that we were thousands of miles away. There was a little problem with the pool, but it was taken care of right away. We will tell anyone and everyone who is planning a trip to Orlando to stay at Villa Mimosa! thanks!

After staying at Villa Mimosa, we could only feel sorry for anybody staying at an Orlando hotel. Everything about the property is first class, and creates a home from home atmosphere that is so often lacking. Can't wait to return to Florida and Villa Mimosa.

The first thing everyone commented on when we entered the house was how beautiful all of the furnishings were. Very upscale for a rental unit! We own a travel agency in Georgia and will be recommending our clients that need accomodations for a larger group to the Villa Mimosa. The employees at the club house and the security gate were very pleasant and helpful.

We loved staying at Villa Mimosa! The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need (including cribs, highchair, and stroller for our toddler). We had a fantastic vacation staying at Villa Mimosa. The house was spacious, pefectly furnished, super clean and well-equipt for all of our needs (including those of three toddlers and a baby). It was ideally situated--very convenient to Disney, restaurants and shopping. Terra Verde also had a great clubhouse pool, half basketball court and exercise room. We would not hesitate to stay at Villa Mimosa for future Disney vacations!
