4-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa with its own private heated screened pool located in a peaceful subdivision 10 minutes from the Walt Disney World entrance.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd and 4th have child-themed twin beds in each. A sleeper sofa in the living room will also accommodate 2 people. The kitchen is fully-equipped with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, range, washer, dryer, dinnerware and linens. Cable TV is provided in the living room and all bedrooms and each bedroom is equipped with a TV and DVD player. A Playstation 2 is available in one of the twin bedrooms. The house is spacious (1600 Sq. Ft.)and has all the comforts of home. Free local and long distance phone calls within the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. Free wireless internet sevice with a laptop computer and printer provided.
The screened-in pool area includes a gas BBQ grill, table and lounge chairs. The backyard is fenced for added privacy around the pool.
This home is minutes away from Walt Disney World, Epcott Center, Universal, Seaworld, Premium Outlets, several highly rated golf courses, supermarkets and numerous restaurants.

Pool heat is an additional $25.00 USD/day (4 day minumum required). All rates posted are plus a 13% tax. A security deposit of $200 is required to reserve the requested dates. Full balance of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is refunded after inspection, no later than 21 days after departure. The security deposit is forfeited if a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out time is 10:00 am. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
