Why stay in a hotel with a community pool when you can stay in a beautiful home with a private heated swimming pool. This pool is for your exclusive use only. Pool is equipped with chaise lounges, umbrella table and chairs, all with comfortable cushions.
The home is centrally located in a small, well kept subdivision of Kissimmee, and is just 5 minutes from Disney and all attractions. It is just 20 minutes form the airport. There is on site security for your peace of mind. Home is located next to a beautiful park with spacious view from the pool area.
The villa accommodates up to 8 persons and has over-size washer and dryer as well as barbeque for your out-door cooking. Crib, high chair, and small stoller.
Master bedroom has queen-size bed with attached powder room, sunken tub and shower. Second bedroom has twin beds and third bedroom has full size bed. There are TV's in all three bedrooms. All beds have excellent quality mattresses. Second bath has tub and shower and is located between the second and third bedrooms.
Kitchen has dining area and is fully equipped with latest appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, ice making machine, microwave, and garbage disposal.
Large living room area plus dining room. Living room has entertainment center with another TV/Cable as well as VCR and DVD player. Books, magazines and games are enclosed in entertainment center.
Pool is 15 x 30 ft. with electric heat pump for heating the pool. The pool screened for your comfort. Pool is accessed through sliding glass doors in the living room. What a great place to dine outdoors by the pool.
Home has an attached two car garage with an electric door opener for your comfort in entering the garage without getting out of your car.
Villa has central air as well as ceiling fans in every room. All linens are provided and there are no extra fees for cleaning, etc. Make this your home away from home.
Tennis courts, basketball court as well as a small kiddie playground are located close by. Close to all golf courses. Close to Walmart, Publix Market, and all kinds of restaurants etc. Discount tickets available.

Helen, Your home was so comfortable. It was neat and clean. The location was excellent. The girls had a great time in the pool. Will stay there again.

Helen, We loved staying in your home. It couldn't have been more perfect for us!!
The house's location is so nice...getting morning shade on the patio....enjoying the park area behind us (instead of a house so close behind us)....seeing the Epcot fireworks from the pool was a treat! The house had everything we needed....a well-stocked kitchen, GREAT pool, HUGE tv, plenty of space..... and the only thing that we encountered that was even a minor issue was the twin beds. My daughters are quite tall, 6 feet, 5'9", and the 8 year old.... Obviously the little one was fine in her twin bed, but the 5'9" girl was too long for her twin bed. She slept in it but it only went to her ankles :) That is truly the only thing that we would need to reconsider for next time, but I have already recommended your house to someone and have saved the listing info in my files.
On the other hand, Roger allowed us to check out later on Sunday because my daughter's basketball team was still winning and we had games at 9:25 am and 1:40 sunday which was our check-out day. We didn't anticipate how our check-out day would go (if we were still in the tournament) with our dog being with us, but thanks to Roger it all worked out, however it could have been a disaster!!

Wir dürfen schon seit einigen Jahren regelmäßig Gäste in ihrem Haus sein, das letzte Mal im November 2009 und fühlen uns dort sehr wohl. Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und gut gepflegt. Die Ausstattung beinhaltet alles, was man benötigt und der gut gepflegte Pool ist wunderbar. Die Lage ist unschlagbar.
Wir werden wiederkommen und freuen und schon jetzt sehr auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

3 BR Villa in Kissimee was great. June 13-20, 2009. House and contents were in very good condition (floors,appliances,furnature), clean and nicely decorated and had a homely feeling. Pool was great. Would definately reccommend and would do it again if had the choice. Owner was very easy to work with.

We had a fantastic time for our first time in Florida. The villa was beautiful and had everything you could ever need to make the perfect holiday. My 8 year old loved the swimming pool, as we all did, every day we had a swim. Everything was so clean and well maintained. We are certainly going back to the villa on our next holiday. The area itself was beautiful and we felt safe at all times which is always a good thing.

We loved the house, and all that was available. We were able to have our entire family stay under one roof, but have space too. The pool was lovely, our grandson enjoyed it as much as we did.
Everything was close by, but we were tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We will highly recommend your place to our friends.
