Our beautiful spacious home is nestled in Indian Creek, one of the closest communities available to Disney. So close in fact you could easily nip home for a cooling swim in the afternoons or go back in the evening for the spectacular firework displays. We can also give you a shortcut to avoid the traffic, just one set of lights and you're there.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a private south facing secluded pool and hot tub, we have added a whole range of upgrades and enhancements including a top of the range games room, internet access with a pc and wireless access and a 52" wide screen high definition tv and surround cinema sound to name just a few features.
Decorated to the highest of standards and beautifully furnished throughout, we offer the ultimate in home comforts in luxurious surroundings.
We don't aim to beat prices but we do strive to provide a high quality, exceptional value vacation home for those looking for something a little more special.
Your comfort is our main priority and Serendipity Villa is beautifully furnished throughout, fully air-conditioned and has everything you could need to make this your home from home.
The large open plan family room has a 52" wide screen high definition tv, dvd player and cable tv and a surround cinema sound system.
Our South facing pool gives you the glorious Floria sunshine all day long and is completely surrounded by a beach themed fence for complete privacy. Thre is plenty of high quality, padded pool furniture and the hot tub is the perfect way to relax at the end of a hard day at the parks. Our whole pool area is beautifully lit in the evenings with an array of sprakling lights.
Our Games room is a huge hit with all ages and has an 8 foot slate bed pool table, 7 foot pro air hockey table, foosball, Playstation, a wide selection of games and a tv and dvd with music centre.
Our gourmet kitchen has everything you could possibly need whether you are preparing a light snack or a full family meal and the large gas BBQ is perfect for those evenings by the pool.
Our master suite has a luxury pillow-top orthopedic king bed, cable television and dvd player, ceiling fan, walk in closet and private access to the pool via the en-suite bathroom which has a double vanity unit, large shower cubicle and luxury bath.
Our second master has a padded-top king bed with cable television and dvd player, private access to the pool and an en-suite bathroom with full bath and shower.
Bedroom three, which is located at the front of the house giving a little extra privacy, has a padded-top king bed, cable tv and dvd, ceiling fan and private bathroom.
Shrek's Kingdom and Nemo's Underwater Room are wonderfully themed for children and both have twin beds and share our fourth bathroom. All our bedrooms have Tv's and Dvd players and the three king bedrooms also have cable tv.
All bathrooms have hairdryers and we provide all your bath towels, pool/beach towels and linens.

We are in the much sought after area of Indian Creek, one of the closest communities to Disney just under 3 miles away. As we are so close, you could easily have a few hours at the parks, nip home for a cooling swim then go back to the parks for the late afternoon or evening firework displays. The fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is a mere two minutes drive away and there are shops and a selection of restaurants in the shopping centre close to the villa. The hustle and bustle of downtown Kissimmee is just a couple of miles away. Although Indian Creek is close to attractions, the neighbourhood is far enough away from everything to offer peace and quiet. Indian Creek has a children’s play area, tennis courts, football pitch, putting green and jogging path.
