Our house sits on a huge plot actually on the lakefront. It was completed in early 2003 but,until recently, was never rented but kept for the owners who visited for a total of only 12 weeks altogether.
Everything is,therefore nearly new, and the house was furnished and decorated to a standard not a price!
The house is fully equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful Orlando vacation!

Downstairs master
The downstairs master suite has a king size bed and a study area with computer on broadband. The ensuite bathroom has two basins, walk in shower and a double tub(bath)!
Formal Lounge
The formal lounge overlooks the pool deck.
Den/family room
This is the living area. We have equipped it with a huge, 100 channel TV, DVD player and video recorder.
Games Room
The air-conditioned games room is even equipped with two bikes
Kitchen
Fully equipped with everything you'll need from teapot, electric kettle, ice and cold water dispensing fridge, microwave, juicer etc etc.
Lilac twin.
The two twin bedded rooms share a full bathroom.
Upstairs suite.
The upstairs master suite is huge with it's own sitting area with TV and video.

| Rates include 13% tax, solar pool heat, unlimited US and international calls and use of our computer on a broadband connection. We will discount 3 week bookings by 5% and 4 weeks by 7.5% Solar heat is fine April to October. Gas heat, to 86 degrees, is $30 a day inclusive of tax. |
