beautiful villa has 5 Bedrooms & 4 full Bathrooms,
including 2 Master King Suites, each with private
bathrooms and private access to the pool area. 2 full
size bedrooms, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds,
each with adjacent bathrooms. There is also a queen
size sofa bed in the living room. This villa is
spacious enough for two families with children and
Grandma too! Comfortably sleeps 10. It is located in
quiet Indian Creek subdivision, just a few minutes
from Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida.
This beautiful home has many upgrades that you
seldom find in other vacation homes. It features
ceramic tile floors throughout. A large, fully-equipped
kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher!
We installed a permanent gas grill for those of you
that want to save money by staying home and grilling
out! There is even a fully-equipped laundry room for
your use. The house has central air conditioning,
heating and ceiling fans located in every room. We
offer free local calls. Every bedroom has its own TV
with VCR, featuring Satellite Dish TV with over 100
channels and 46 Music Channels. The living room
has a larger TV with DVD and VCR. Your children will
feel right at home with Game-cube and a portable CD
player / radio for inside or patio use. We also have
available, at no extra charge, a crib, stroller and
highchair for infants.
Relax in the private, south-western facing pool with a
six foot privacy fence, and spa, after your long day at
the theme parks! The covered Lanai is complete with
deluxe patio furniture and a safety screen for your
small children’s safety. Play a game of pool or darts
in our games room, or you might choose to go off to
the separate reading area, off of the living room, to
read a good book. Catch up on your emails with
WIFI - High Speed Internet access, all you need to
do is bring your laptop!
Close to all the Disney theme parks, including Magic
Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM, Downtown
Disney and Pleasure Island. Also close to Universal

This was one of the nicest vacation homes we have rented so far! The home is spacious, light and airy, clean and everything was provided. We especially enjoyed the private pool area. Many of the other homes in the neighborhood had completely open pool areas with no privacy. This home has beautiful shrubbery as well as a privacy fence around the pool area so no peeping neighbors! The neighborhood has nice parks and sidewalks as well as a couple of lake areas with sidewalks and it is very close to the Disney parks. We appreciated that it is a dog friendly home as well. We would definitely stay at this home again!

There were 10 of us and comfortably stayed in the home. Everything was above expectation. We enjoyed the pool area very much & enjoyed preparing some meals in the well stocked kitxhen. We arrived after dark and were a little concerned about peope walking around outside as we were gaining access to the home. We immediately called management and asked to have our security code changed for peace of mind. They were more than happy to do so & came over right away & took care of it. The next morning, Rodney came over & visited with us to put any concerns to rest. We had an enjoyable visit & were able to ask any questions that we had. He even gave us directions to a great restaurant! We would definitely consider returning in the future.

We were an extended family of 12 adults visiting the Disney Parks and Universal Studios in early August. This house suited our needs perfectly. It was roomy and spacious and everyone had a place to sleep. The decor was delightful and modern, and the boys in particular were thrilled with the games room. We spent long days at the parks so stretching out in the pool when we got home was a perfect way to call it a day. The house was just as the photos and the listing described. It was clean and well maintained with a very well equipped kitchen which had everything we needed. There was a grocery store and a drugstore nearby which came in very handy. We really enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this property.

Our grandchildren especially had so much fun in the pool that I think they would had stayed all day there instead of going to the Disney parks.
