Villa Captiva is located on the attractive and secure Indian Ridge
development, 4 miles from Disney and Interstate 4. Our beautifully
decorated house boasts comfortable spacious living and has a screened, heated, south facing pool and Jacuzzi where you can enjoy the sun all day long or use the shaded sun deck. The pool area is furnished with sun loungers, patio dining furniture and an electric barbeque. The large garden backs on to a woodland conservation area.


The spacious games room is equipped with Pool, Table Football, Electronic darts and stools.


All the comfortable bedrooms have 70 Channel cable TV. There are two Queen doubles, one ensuite and two twin bedded bedrooms(one with a Sponge Bob theme!) and in the large formal lounge there is also a pull out queen-size sofa bed.


The family lounge is adjacent to the diner/kitchen and there is also a utility room, and two full bathrooms.

around three miles away is a large Publix supermarket and a choice of shops in attractive mini-malls.


Golf is also close by and guests may use the tennis court and large pool at the residents club nearby. Our local management company are supurb and are within a mile.


The house is fifteen minutes from Universal Studios, Sea World and
International Drive. The Gulf and Atlantic beaches are just over an
hour away as is Busch Gardens in Tampa.
