FREE - NO HIDDEN EXTRAS

The use of the safe, beach towels, Pool Table (7 ft Slate bed), Table Football (Foosball table), Playstation, BBQ and broadband internet access via supplied PC or wireless network for your laptop are free and assuming people have not removed the pool toys we leave there will be a number of pool toys. The use of the travel cot/crib and high chair are also free, as well as a selection of games, toys, books, DVD's and videos.

If there is anything else you would like to see available in our villa then please ask. We are always willing to add a few extras more for your enjoyment.

POOL AREA

Soak-up the Florida sun in our South facing pool area. The pool is oversized at 30 x 15 ft and the spa is made for 4. Relax on the upgraded patio furniture with the beach towels provided or play with the pool toys.

Stay cool in the 13.4 x 14 ft Lanai (outside room) which is also equipped with a ceiling fan and light.

There is a child fence across the pool area, which can be removed if required. There are also locks on each of the french doors leading to the pool area out of the reach of small children. Please be careful in the pool area and follow all the safety instructions, water can be very dangerous for children, please supervise them at all times.

There is a privacy fence around the pool area. Down lighters and up lighters around the fence add to the magic of night time swimming. The pool also has a light and there is a light and fan in the covered area.

GAMES ROOM

The garage has a 7ft slate bed pool table and Foosball (Table Football) (please note this table has been upgraded to a slate bed since this picture was taken). There is also a large snakes and ladders (I think in America its known as Chutes and ladders) and a hop scotch for your enjoyment.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped Kitchen, including Stove/Cooker Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee Maker, Electric Mixer, Pots Pans, Plates and cutlery. Picnic plates, children’s plates & bowls. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board in the garage so there is no need to take loads of clothes with you.

The phone is located in the kitchen, you may make free local calls. To save money purchase a prepaid call card to make national or international calls.

There is even an electric kettle and tea pot for your convenience.

Two cool boxes are available for your use, these are stored in the garage. Freezer packs are also provided. We find that a great idea is to leave a cool box in the car, so when you return after a long day at one of the parks you can have a cold drink waiting.

MAIN SITTING AREA

Relax in the main sitting area and watch wide screen HD Tv, HD Cable, HD DVD all on surround sound. A selection of DVDs and Videos have been provided. Remain cool with the air-conditioning and ceiling fans.

DINING AREA

Enjoy a meal at the dinning table or just play some games. A selection of board games, books and jigsaws have been provided.

SECOND SITTING AREA

Relax in the second sitting area and listen to your CDs, Radio or Tapes on the Hi-fi. Make use of free broadband internet access via PC or via the wireless network with your own laptop.

MASTER BEDROOM

Relax in the very large king sized bed in the Master Bedroom and watch TV or a DVD/Video. This TV has 80 channels to choose from. Listen to the CD radio alarm clock. This bedroom has a ceiling fan. There is a walk in closet where you will find the travel cot and stroller/buggy. (The highchair is stored in the garage). The safe is also located in this closet.

MASTER ON-SUITE BATHROOM

Enjoy the luxury of a bath made for two or the oversized shower.

The second on-suite bedroom has a Queen size bed, which is like a UK king, it also has a TV with 80 channels
