I have included in my price range a discount for extended stays. I will also offer discounts on late bookings to fill in gaps. The only extra costs are for pool heat if required this is $18 per day and can be switched on and paid for when you are there.

Deposits:
$150 per week deposit is required and a refundable security deposit of $225 is also expected.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancelations made before 8 weeks of departure would only forfiet the deposit, after the 8 weeks the full rental price would be expected.
Other Fees:
If paying by credit card there will be a 4% charge to cover costs.
Check In: 4:00AM
Check Out: 12:00AM
Required Stay:
Normally saturday to saturday.

Stayed from March 19-31/06. This villa is truely a diamond in the rough. Was pleasantly surprised with the quality and overall neatness. The word Luxury says it all. Gamesroom in the garage and computer/internet were a surprise. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

When booking our holiday it was with great trepidation as you never know what you are going to get and as this was our 1st trip to usa, we were so excited. This villa did not let us down in any way, It was so well presented and everything had been thought of,it was ahome and not just a rental. The beds were so comfortable,the linens were fresh not at all clean but old. The towels would leave some hotels to shame. The facilities for children were excellent.We can highly reccomend this villa.
