$500 Security Deposit, no pets, no smoking, and 13% tax. Number of days the is balance due before arrival date: 60 days. Minimum Stay: 5 Nights in low season, 7 Nights in High & Holiday Seasons.

Biscayne 2
We chose to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary by bringing our entire family together. We chose Biscayne 2 and spent the week of July 30-Aug 6, 2005. All 16 plus baby, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The spaciousness of the house plus the wonderful pool made a setting that everyone agreed, could not have been better. Also, being near numerous attractions was an asset. We would recommend this beautiful house anytime!! We had an anniversary celebration with many wonderful memories made for everyone! Thank you!!
