Lindfield’s is One of Orlando’s most secure and pleasant residential areas surrounded by beautiful lakes and woodlands yet only 4 miles from Disney & 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. It makes it the ideal base for the holiday of a lifetime. Although quiet, Lindfields is far from isolated with two major supermarkets, a chemist, a medi care-centre and many restaurants within a two mile drive.

Our four bedroom luxury fully air-conditioned home is fully equipped to a high comfortable standard to accommodate 8 people plus an infant. Two lounge areas are available with comfortable seating, cable television, video recorder and supply of video’s.

The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric range, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, waste disposal and all the usual kitchen utensils.

A full size washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in a separate utility room, along with an iron and ironing board. The master bedroom has a full size bed and is equipped with a a TV, video, dvd, telephone and radio alarm. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk-in wardrobe, extra large shower, W.C. twin vanity units and large marble roman tub. The second bedroom has a full size bed, also has a TV, video. The third bedroom has a TV and PS2 with various games, our fourth bedroom has a Cars TV/DVD, both rooms have twin beds. Kids love our bedroom four decorated for Mickey and Minnie fans.

Our large pool is south facing so ensures the sun from dawn till dusk, it has underwater lighting, ideal after a long hard day at the parks, and can be heated during the winter months. Our pool deck is fully screened (to keep out the bugs) but not the rays, and is equipped with 4 sun-lounger’s dining table and chairs to seat 8 and a BBQ. The garden has the advantage of being fully fenced for privacy, and also has a selection of beds and patio furniture.
