Our 4 bedroom 3 bathroom executive luxury Vacation Pool Home at Indian Point, Kissimmee is only a 10 minute drive from Disney and only a 2 minute drive to a 24 hour Wal-Mart, Mini Golf, Restaurants and Medieval Times.

Our luxury Air-Conditioned Home is superbly furnished and equipped to a high standard it Includes FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, FREE POOL HEATING, FREE HOT TUB HEAT and much more.
Our Home Accommodates up to 10 people.

The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped to a high standard which includes the following: cooker, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, crockery, toaster and coffee maker. The large washer and dryer are located in the double garage.

The lounge with ceiling fan and 3 comfortable settees enable you to relax and unwind. The Large Entertainment Center incorporates the Digital cable Large LCD HDTV (200+ Channels + HD Channels), Hi-Fi system, DVD & VCR, a selection of DVD's & VCR's and a selection of Books and Board Games.

The dining room with large mirrored wall enhances the wrought iron glassed topped table and wrought iron chairs.

Bedroom 1 is the 1st Master bedroom with King size bed, Digital Cable Television, DVD player, Telephone, Ceiling Fan.
We have provided a Laptop Table and chair for those wishing to take a laptop and use the free Wireless Internet Access.
The Large En-suite has twin vanity unit, twin corner bath, Toilet and large shower cubicle.

Bedroom 2 is the 2nd Master bedroom with Queen size bed, cable television with DVD Player, telephone, ceiling fan and en-suite with vanity unit, Toilet and large walk in shower cubicle.

Bedroom 3 is a children’s Scooby Doo themed room, which has a double bed with single bunk above, TV, DVD Player, VCR and PS2 games console, Games, fan and drawer unit. A fold away single bed is provided.

Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with a lighthouse theme and has ceiling fan, Cable TV, DVD player and lights above the beds.

3rd Bathroom has Toilet, bath with shower over and a vanity unit.

All bedrooms have large walk in closets and drawer units.

Games Area has Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Foosball Table (Table Football), an Electronic Darts Board and 3 Sets of Golf Clubs.

The Pool Area with Swimming Pool, stand alone Hot Tub, separate Children's Pool and covered Lanai (Patio) is fenced to give you privacy - You are not overlooked from any side!

Both pools are heated by gas all year round. The main pool is approximately 26' by 13' and 3ft to 5ft deep, the children's pool is approximately 18 inches deep.

The Large Deck area provides ample space for you to enjoy the Florida Sunshine with padded Chairs, Loungers, Reclining Chairs and Stools. An Electric BBQ Grill is provided for you to enjoy those Al-Fresco meals around the Patio Table. The Covered Lanai area is ideal for guests wanting some shade.

We now have a manual wheel chair for hire at the villa for those people who have occasional mobility problems.
Have the convenience of having a wheel chair with you when you arrive at the Parks saving you the walk to and from the rental office.

The villa is located on the up market development of Indian Point ½ mile from Highway 192 where you will find many varieties of restaurants shops and attractions. Most major attractions are within a 25-minute drive.

A full alarm system, smoke detectors and safe are installed for your peace of mind.
