6 bedroom Florida villa with a total of 2,600 square feet of floor space over 2 floors. It is fully air-conditioned with all imaginable extras, comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests (plus cot), ideal for two families sharing. Everything a luxury hotel has to offer and more.

Also the villa comes with its own large heated and fully screened private pool and jacuzzi which overlooks a wooded conservation area.

The bedrooms consist of 2 queen size beds (1 ensuite), 1 king size (master with ensuite), 2 rooms have twin beds, 1 room has bunk beds the bottom bunk is double size and the upper single size that room also has a sofa bed. There is one other sofa bed in the sitting room.

Three of the bedrooms are beautifully themed, Disney Princess, Space and American Sports. For children, we provide a cot, high chair, baby monitor and 2 pushchairs (we do not charge any extra for these).

The interior has been finished to a high standard with all possible extras including a large, 51" cinema sized television in the sitting room.Throughout the villa we have Playstation2, DVD players and VCR's, there are 5 televisions in total, the villa receives cable throughout. There is also a mini hi-fi system and portable radio.

There is a beautiful dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances you could need, including a breakfast bar.We also provide hairdryers and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa has its own large, private, screened pool and jacuzzi. Both the pool and jacuzzi are heated and we have a small bathroom directly off the pool area.

The pool and patio area overlooks a wooded conservation area. There is lots of pool furniture and also a barbecue.
