Our unit is exceptionally clean, thoroughly maintained, and attractively decorated.

We are only 0.5 miles from the heart of Kissimmee yet our condo is located in a secluded wooded location with a private pond.

From our condo it is only 5 minutes to Walt Disney World, 10 minutes to SeaWorld, and 15 minutes to Universal Studios.

We also provide a pack away playpen and high chair for your convenience.

Discounts available for monthly stays. Prices are lower in May and September. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard  American Express  Money Order Deposits: $150 deposit reserves your date. The balance is due 4 weeks before your stay. There is a $50 cleaning fee for stays of less than 5 nights. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation fee is $50 prior to your final payment and $150 after your final payment and is applied towards your next stay.
