We just returned from a week in this condo unit. The apartment is beautiful and very well stocked with everything you need. The pool and hot tub area are really nice and kept immaculately clean. The only drawback to staying in this unit is that the bedrooms face the main road and the noise from the high volume of traffic is horrendous. I would stay on the other side of the complex next time.

To emphasize the true point from my previous comments: Construction is obviously necessary after a hurricane throughout the area...however, IT CERTAINLY DOESN'T HELP TO BE TOLD ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTION THE DAY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE, once its too late to make other arrangements!!! Buyer beware with this one. There are plenty of great places in Key West. Don't ruin your vacation with this one. Go somewhere else.

We stayed at this property in January and couldn't have been happier with both the unit and the complex. There was no construction work going on at that time, but it was evident that Hurricane Wilma had done some damage not only to this property but everywhere else on Key West. When damage is done, it must be repaired at some point and from my experience the schedule is often not controllable. Just my 2 cents on the subject! As for the unit and property, as I said everything was great and Henry was most cordial and accommodating throughout the process, bot pre and post visit. We'll certainly be back and recommend the property highly.

Potential renters: DON'T DO IT! There is major construction going on here. Once you have made your reservation, Henry is more than accomodating. Then a day before you are set to arrive, he'll conveniently call you and mention that there is "some construction" taking place...once its too late for you to make other arrangements. The construction is all on the roof, directly over your head. It starts at 7:00am every morning and it literally feels like the ceiling is about to come down. Don't be duped into this property...move on to something else.
