Deposits:
Depends on length of stay and when you booked? From $500 to total amount due ( if you rented within 60 days of check in).
Lodging Tax: 12.5%
Cleaning Fee: $200.00
Cancellations and Refunds:
no refunds within 60 days of arrival, unless we are able to book to another party for same price and dates,than only a booking fee would be kept and we would return all other monies collected back to you.
Other Fees:
Security deposit from $500 to $1,000 depending on amount of people and if bring a boat etc. Booking fee $50. Special services such as babysitting,grocery shopping are extra charge (Call for rate)
