Where memories are made. Custom 3 story home located in Key Largo away from all traffic noice yet within miles to all facilities. Makes it a fun yet relaxing vacation experience. Let me start with all levels have inside staircase.
1st floor/Bottom has trundle bed and sleeper sofa, tv, table and chairs. sliding glass doors takes tyou straight out to pool( great for kids). Main/Middle floor: has fully equippted kitchen, dining area,1/2bath( sink & comode),living area w/french glass doors leading you to screened in terrace w/ BBQ gas grill & table and chairs and open balcony for sunbathing. Top floor;Masterbedroom has king bed ,tv,and full bath ( shower)French doors opening to balcony and waterviews. 2nd bedrm: has queen bed and tv. 3rd bedroom: Queen bed w/tv. Plus another full bath in hallway.
Outside:Pool overlooking canal and shaded patio , plus dockage for your boat.Canal leads to Open Bay and ocean within minutes.

Prices subject to how many tennats as well. In some cases we will accept PETS. NON barking, no hairy animals..sorry. Payment Options:  Visa  MasterCard Deposits: Depends on length of stay and when you booked? From $500 to total amount due ( if you rented within 60 days of check in). Lodging Tax: 12.5% Cleaning Fee: $175.00 Cancellations and Refunds: no refunds within 60 days of arrival, unless we are able to book to another party for same price and dates,than only a booking fee would be kept and we would return all other monies collected back to you. Other Fees: Security deposit from $500 to $1,000 depending on amount of people and if bring a boat etc. Booking fee $50. Special services such as babysitting,grocery shopping are extra charge (Call for rate) Check In: 3:00PM Check Out: 10:00AM Required Stay: Monthly Other Property Features & Appliances: Tv(s) in almost every room!
