This was our first visit to Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys during the fourth week of January 2010. This condo and our location exceeded our expectations. Doug (the property manager) is terrific, as well as efficient and informative. Our condo was very clean, well stocked with linens, great cookware, and most importantly very very comfortable beds. Key Colony Beach is truly welcoming, wonderful people, and a great place for walking. Sunset Park is just a quick walk to view magical sunsets! We have loved every minute and hope to return next year!
Also enjoyed Key Colony Inn Restaurant, Sparky's Landing, and by far the best Barracuda Grill.

We stay here every year, the place keeps getting better. Everyday there are workers keeping everything spotless and well manicured. The apartment is always clean and looks better than the pictures. Many of the people we meet there are repeat customers as well.

We stayed at this condo the fourth week of January, 2005. It is just as shown in the photos, with the exception of new furniture in the living room. It is a very comfortable and quiet place. The area is lovely, the people friendly, and the sunsets awesome!
