We are second building, second floor overlooking the pool and just steps from the ocean.
Dolphin Research Center is just five miles north on Rt one where everyone goes for a Dolphin Swim or encounter.
The local museum and Turtle Hospital are a must for children and adults alike.
Close to good restaurants, fishing, snorkeling.
Heated pool, tiki hut with grills for cooking, beautiful sandy beach.
A clear morning and a ride to Key West for some shopping and lunch are always a great idea.

This was our first visit to Key Colony Beach and the Florida Keys during the fourth week of January 2010. This condo and our location exceeded our expectations. Doug (the property manager) is terrific, as well as efficient and informative. Our condo was very clean, well stocked with linens, great cookware, and most importantly very very comfortable beds. Key Colony Beach is truly welcoming, wonderful people, and a great place for walking. Sunset Park is just a quick walk to view magical sunsets!
