Our new Key West style condo is a one-bedroom, ground floor unit with lovely white ratan furnishings and a seperate Florida room, with sleeper sofa. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The unit has ceramic tile floors throughout. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a 20" flatpanel TV.

This premier waterfront property is lushly landscaped and located on the intra-coastal waterway with a private beach ACCESS for those who love to frolic on the beach! Property features heated swimming pool and fishing dock. You can watch a movie on the 27" TV/DVD/VCR combo, cook a meal in the fully equiped kitchen w/granite countertops, work on your lap top with our free internet, or relax reading a book in the sun room...Make memories here.
