is a unique, relaxed gulf coast town with a beautiful
beach, a wide variety of fabulous upscale and family

do...or do nothing but savor the relaxed atmosphere and
walk barefoot on the beautiful soft, white sandy beach
right outside your door. Our large heated pool offers
sun, shade, and great place for a poolside barbecue or
picnic.
Wi-Fi High Speed Internet was recently installed at our
building that is accessible from all the condos, balconies,
pool/deck area, and BBQ/picnic area. Our onsite
management office offers free bicycle and free DVD
rentals. We have a bicycle rack for storing rented bicycles.
Our spacious, luxury condo is completely equipped with
all amenities. It is 1100 sq. ft. of bright open living
space, all ceramic tile, comfortable furnishings, and all
new pillow-top mattress beds in both bedrooms so you
are guaranteed a wonderful night's sleep during your
vacation.
The living room has new comfortable furniture, including
a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There are 3 TVs with Cable,
a DVD player, VCR player, stereo and FREE HIGH SPEED
INTERNET access .
Our fully-equipped modern kitchen has everything you
need to prepare a gourmet meal for your family. The
master bedroom has new furniture, including a top-of-
the-line Sealy queen-sized pillow-top mattress bed, 27"
TV with DVD, and separate full private bath located in the
master bedroom. The second bedroom has one double
bed and one twin bed, both with new pillow-top
mattresses, Cable TV, and separate full bath.
Our private balcony has patio furniture and has a
beautiful garden view of the palm trees and tropical
foliage of Tiki Gardens, a park across the street on Gulf
Blvd.
Every floor in the building has a laundry room with two
brand new washers and two new dryers. Assigned,
reserved parking space in our under-the-building
parking garage protects your vehicle from heating up in
the hot Florida sun. The onsite building management
with full time maintenance staff highly maintains both the
building and individual units.
Easy access to all central Florida world-famous
attractions. Walk to minimarket, great restaurants, shops
and entertainment. Enjoy beachside volleyball, swimming,
sunning, snorkeling, shelling, sand castles, fishing,
boogie boarding, parasailing, miniature golf, public golf

My close friends and I had an amazing stay at the Indian shores Condo. Seconds from the beach, a wide open bright view in the mornings, great lighting, a wide open space for relaxing and a large balcony to enjoy as well. All of our expectations were exceeded and we will definitely be looking into staying at your condo again. The pool was nice all day, the service at the office desk was friendly and great. No complaints here, only a wonderful experience to recommend to anyone,and a happy customer when leaving the condo.

We stayed at the Indian Shores for one week in July. The condo was clean and had all we could wish for. Taking the stairs it only takes about 20 seconds from the condo to the beach. The beach is very nice with white sand that doesn't get hot eventhough the temperature was in the mid 90's.
The parking space in the shadow under the complex was a big plus!
The condo was well worth its price, I can highly recommend it!

Great Family Vacation, Loved the Beach, Comfortable Condo
We had one of our very best vacations at this comfortable condo on Indian Shores fantastic beach. Not your usual touristy beach and area, we found ourselves relaxing on the beach and enjoying terrific restaurants. We rented jet skis at a marina close by the condo and also went fishing on this long pier that we walked to the middle of the gulf on. We were even able to rent the fishing equipment there, since we hadn't brought any with us. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Our kids loved the big heated pool and being right on the beach. We spent every night watching the sunset over the gulf and took tons of pictures. We definitely will come back and stay here again! We stayed in this condo for 7 nights in early August 2010 and it was wonderful. The living area was open and spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with all the appliances we needed. In fact, when we arrived my husband realized that the coffee pot was not working. After a quick call to the office it was replaced within minutes. August is a hot month and we could tell the air conditioner was working hard - but the condo was always cool. I especially LOVED that the building is right on the beach. My 3-year-old daughter was more partial to the pool which was always a wonderful temperature. I will definitely go back!

My family and I have vacationed in Indian Shores many times and just love the area. We have stayed in several different condos over the years and I have to say that we really enjoyed the comforts offered in this condo and building. It is one of the largest 2-bedroom condos we have stayed in and the layout is great because the living space is very open and bright. The furniture, especially the sofas and beds, were very comfortable and there was plenty of closet and drawer space for all our stuff. We used the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and all the appliances worked just fine (which we have found to not always be the case when renting condos and houses). We loved the pool, which was heated to just the right temperature and all the other guests were very friendly and it made it a great vacation for our family. The beach is right there when you come out of the building and that was the best part of all!! Definitely will stay here again next time.

This was our first vacation in the Indian Shores area and we just fell in love with it. We spent most of our time on the beach in Indian Shores, but also visited Clearwater Beach and this area that Beth (the owner of the condo)recommended at the end of the barrier island called Pass-a-Grille, which is part of St. Pete Beach. The kids loved climbing around on the rocks and collected the most beautiful seashells. The beach itself in Indian Shores is much nicer than down there, but if you want to collect some awesome seashells to bring home from your trip, I definitely recommend checking out that area. The condo was comfortable, very tastefully furnished, and really had everything we needed. My daughter has allergies so it was great that it was all tiled floors, and no musty, sandy carpeting to deal with. The beds were very comfortable, which we really appreciated, because we often find that the beds in condos and hotels are either too hard or too soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and that was good because we did cook in a couple of nights to save some money eating out. Overall a great vacation and I would recommend this condo for a comfortable place to stay.

We have stayed at this Condo more than once and have found the ideal vacation spot for my grown daughters and myself. The beach is beautiful ...long and walkable...lots of wave action..sunsets out our door... The furnishings and layout of the Condo are perfect for a family..Comfortable, lots of room , well supplied.2 bedroom two bath. We enjoyed our stay, good value and good location. Drawbacks, impossible to access wireless network and that the AC gave up.

The beds were very comfortable, which we really appreciated, because we often find that the beds in condos and hotels are either too hard or too soft. The kitchen had everything we needed and that was good because we did cook in a couple of nights to save some money eating out. Overall a great vacation and I would recommend this condo for a comfortable place to stay.

My family and I have vacationed in Indian Shores many times and just love the area. We have stayed in several different condos over the years and I have to say that we really enjoyed the comforts offered in this condo and building. We used the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and it was very comfortable to sleep on. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and all the appliances worked just fine (which we have found to not always be the case when renting condos and houses). We loved the pool, which was heated to just the right temperature and all the other guests were very friendly and it made it a great vacation for our family. The beach is right there when you come out of the building and that was the best part of all!! Definitely will stay here again next time. More...

We've been going to Indian Shores with our family for years, and it's been sort of hit & miss on the places we've stayed. That's no longer an issue, as Beth was knowledgeable, completely honest, and her condo was terrific. We'll be going back next year, and we'll be renting the same condo again, hopefully for many years!

This was our first vacation in the Indian Shores area and we just fell in love with it. We spent most of our time on the beach in Indian Shores, but also visited Clearwater Beach and this area that Beth (the owner of the condo)recommended at the end of the barrier island called Pass-a-Grille, which is part of St. Pete Beach. The kids loved climbing around on the rocks and collected the most beautiful seashells. The beach itself in Indian Shores is much nicer than down there, but if you want to collect some awesome seashells to bring home from your trip, I definitely recommend checking out that area. The condo was comfortable, very tastefully furnished, and really had everything we needed. My daughter has allergies so it was great that it was all tiled floors, and no musty, sandy carpeting to deal with. The beds were very comfortable, which we really appreciated, because we often find that the beds in condos and hotels are either too hard or too soft. My husband and I stayed for 4 nites and this condo overlooking the intracoastal was terrific! The beds were really comfortable and the leather couches rated very high with us-Much more comfortable the the usual rattan couches in most condos! The kitchen was well-stocked and we will most definitely go back!

My family and I had a great stay at your condo last week. The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and the location to everything we wanted to do was just perfect. We had never been to this part of Florida before and I have to say the beaches in the Indian Shores area are wonderful. We loved going for long walks along the coast line and the sunsets over the gulf were spectacular. This was a very quiet time of year and the weather was just perfect. It was nice because there were no waits in the restaurants. Definitely planning a return trip to your condo around this time again next year!! Thanks for a great vacation!!

We had a wonderful time. The accomodations we great and loction awesome.Our 8yr old granddaughter thought it was the most wonderful place. We went to Busch Gardens one day and after about two hours, she ask if we could "just go back to the beach and the swimming pool" My 80 year old parents went also and the had a wonderful time walking on the beach, sitting on the balcony and swimming each day. It was well worth the money spent. We would all love to come again.

This was our first time using a condo for vacation and the experience was such a nice one we are "hooked" on it. We have 2 kids (ages 6 and 1) and the amenities of the condo fit in just right for our needs. I was overjoyed to see that when we got in late from our flight (in a thunderstorm) our keys were waiting for us, there was a crib to drop the little one in and parking was COVERED!!! We loved having our own spot to park and not having to drive around a parking lot forever to find one like you usually have to do when renting at a hotel. The convience of the beach being right there ('specially at naptime) is more than someone can ask for. I don't know if it was just the time we visited or if it's always like that but the beach was nice and quiet without worries of the kids getting lost in a crowd. (We didn't visit the pool we were to busy on the beach) Having two full bathrooms helped when everyone needed to wash the sand off after being on the beach. The only things that we were unhappy with were: The vertical blinds for the balcony doors kept falling off, no free internet and a dustbuster or something to SUCK up the sand would have been nice but these weren't things that would keep us from coming back. I do have to agree with the post about the view, I was a little shocked to be looking at the parking lot and road (more so than a park) but who really sits out there anyway when there's a beach to be on??? Overall we would recommend this condo to anyone that wanted to save money on renting a condo to stay at a wonderful beach. Thanks so much for letting us stay at your place and have a FUN first vacation for our little one.

Just wanted you to know that we had a wonderful week at the condo. Thank you so much. The accomodations were wonderful...beds comfortable, very clean and well kept bldg. We had some windy days so it was great the beach was on one side of the bldg and the pool the other. We bounced around if we had had too much sun.. Grills to use , picnic area..all good. I liked the balcony away from the afternoon sun. We sat out after a long day of sun and it was cool and comfortable. The water was warm, the waves a lot of fun and a good long beach for morning walks..We took in Tampa Bay games and that was so easy to get to. Lots of fun restaurants and shops not too far away. The condo was great! Our family really enjoyed our time on the Gulf!!!!!! The only downfall was not being oceanfront. Other than that everything was great.

When you think about the actual amount of time you spend sitting on a condo's balcony, I don't think it's probably worth the extra $150-200/week cost. And it's nice to have that extra money to spend on other activities during your vacation. Again, I'm glad that you enjoyed your stay!!

Everything was clean, beach and pool were great, rooms were spacious. 2 things I wish I would have known - a street view instead of beach and no beach towels. They handled crib and hi chair rental easily for me. Would stay again, felt secure.

My sisters and our mom do an annual girl trip every year for the past 8 years. We typically do a different Florida beach each year.
Your condo was clean, comfortable, and convenient. My only complaint would have to be no dish washing soap. For handwashing or machine. It was surprising we had to go back out to grocery to buy both of these items I would expect to find in a condo.
Otherwise, although it rained ALL 3 of our 4 day stay, we had a wonderful time. Would love to come again.
