refreshes you. This 1150 sq ft unit has been
updated to include ceramic tile flooring,
Berber carpet, and a maple kitchen. A fully-
equipped kitchen and 3 TVs (all with cable
service) will make you feel right at home.
You can surf from the private 32' balcony
with free WI-FI. Beautiful rattan furniture
and a nautical theme enhance the unit. A
heated pool assures year round comfort. We
ask for only a four night minimum and
require it in mid and low season. Take your
vacation whenever you want ! I do not
require a Sat/Sat stay.

Very attentive unit owner
My family and I came to Indian Shores as part of a family reunion that was rescheduled from December 2020. Joyce is wonderful to work with, we appreciated the flexibility and understanding when we needed to cancel due to Covid. It is clear that Joyce is very attentive to the condition of the unit, very clean, well maintained, and very well equipped. We received a call from Joyce on day 2 to make sure everything was as expected, quite impressive. We will certainly book this unit again for our next trip to Indian Shores.
