Our spacious, clean and well appointed 1455 sq ft gulf view condo is located on the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is decorated in a beach/nautical theme with warm colors throughout.
Beach Palms is a beachfront property with easy access to the large sandy beach, tropical gulfside pool and your own reserved covered parking spot.
The condo has great views of the gulf and beach from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and from the walk out balcony.
Newly updated Kitchen (May, 2009) with new cupboards, appliances and granite countertops. FULL size washer & dryer.
Dining area seats up to 6. Side by Side refrigerator with an indoor filtered ice and water dispenser.
Why not spoil yourself by sitting pool side on a relaxing lounge chair amongst lush tropical plants. The pool is heated during cooler months. If you prefer to sit at the beach padded lounge chairs and umbrellas are available to rent. The large sandy beach goes on for miles in either direction, great for walking, jogging, making sand castles or just to relax and enjoy the spectacular view listening to the sound of the waves.
No need to bring any beach toys, the condo has a hall closet with toys and chairs. We will also supply beach towels if required.

All 3 bedrooms have new pillowtop mattresses.
Master bedroom with Deluxe King pillowtop mattress, walk in closet, ensuite bathroom (updated Oct 2008) 2nd Guestroom has a Deluxe Queen pillowtop, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Twin beds. 2nd Bathroom is conveniently located off the 2nd & 3rd bedroom.
For your entertainment there are 3 T.V.'s, (46 in Sony HDTV) DVR, DVD AND HD channels.
