Vacation Rental Home Description

This Villa, faces the 18th hole of this four-star golf resort at Southern Dunes, with the club house and golf shop only paces away. The back of the unit is covered Patio, looks out on the fifth tee, Beautiful location.

The house is fully furnished, with three TV's, very spacious.Not overlooked, with a community pool just a few yards away. The Patio is also furnished, so it is a pleasure to sit outside.

Just Outside this gated community, with security, you have a Super Walmart and other Grocery stores and small strip malls. Lots of Small local southern charmed towns close by, and Orlando is only 20 minutes away, Disney 15 Minutes, and Tampa about an hour. Kennedy Space Center is about an hour away too, and beaches are less than an hour away. So it is a great central Florida Location. Enjoy.
