Changeover day is flexible. For stays of less than 7 nights please add a cleaning fee of $60. Pool and spa heating are available by pre-booking at a cost of $160 per week (minimum charge $100). You will need this option if you prefer the spa to be heated. Payment Options:  Money Order  Cashiers Check  Personal Check Deposits: Deposit of $165 per week is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the arrival day. We will hold dates for 7 days pending confirmation of travel arrangements and the deposit check. A security deposit of $350 is required with the balance payment. This is fully refundable assuming that there is no damage to our villa or its contents on departure. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation after the booking is confirmed, but more than 8 weeks before the arrival date - the deposit will be retained. Cancellation within 8 weeks of the arrival date - the whole rental fee will be retained.
