When we began looking for a rental over 4 years ago, we had no idea what Okaloosa Island had to offer and were so surprised how beautiful the island really is! We have rented this condo as well as the studio and the 3 bedroom depending on how many family members come with us on vacation. All the condos are wonderful and well cared for and the owners make it so easy to book. This 2 bedroom condo is by far our favorite and usually my husband and I try to make it down at least a couple times a year. The location is quite, the views amazing and has a very homey feel.

We had a wonderful time at the condo to say the least. Everything was clean. We were close to everything. The view was beautiful, pool right below us and beyond that the ocean. We have stayed at your place twice - once in 2006 (Sept) and once in 2011 (May/June. We have loved it each time. Tons of space for a family of 4, beach service is wonderful, beach is clean as is the pool and the facility in general. But the best thing, the very best thing, is when you first walk into the unit and look out at the gulf. Absolutely beautiful. Eating breakfast on the balcony is one of our favorite times of day.

We've been to FWB 4 times in the last 10 years and we'll be back . . . and when we do we'll be staying at Larry and Di's.

Had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo. Everything was as promised in the condo description. The owners have done a great job decorating and making the place feel cozy. The view from the balcony is great, we spotted dolphins a couple of times. The entire complex is nice and private and felt like home. A lot better than the massive high-rises they are putting up these days in Destin or Panama City. We would be happy to stay here again!

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in this wonderful condo. Everything the owners say about their place it true and then some. They have thought of everything. The place is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and puts you in a relaxed mood from the minute you walk in the door. The view from the balcony is beautiful and because of the way the building is situated, you get shade on your balcony all day long. It is also convenient to be overlooking the pool so you can keep an eye on your kids. The white sand beach and clear emerald green water will take your breath away. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the place. Why stay in a noisy highrise or fight the traffic in Destin when you can stay in a place like this? The owners live in the area and are available to help you if you have a problem. The only negative thing my family had to say is that a week just wasn't long enough!

We stayed in this BEAUTIFUL condo in May '04. I knew from the pictures on the computer that it was nice but it was even nicer in person. The owner had just finished a renovation and everything was sparkling new. They didn't skimp on anything in this place. They have plush hotel towels, gorgeous marble floors, decorator colors, new linens, new dishes and large tv's. Even the floor mats still had the little plastic tag on them where the pricetag had been. We even had to cut the tie on the pull-out couch that holds it down during shipment because it had never been used. As for the owners they were very friendly, easy to deal with, and very accessible. If you have a problem, they are only a phone call away because they live locally. They were very prompt in returning my deposit as well. As for the beaches they are cleaner and prettier than most I have seen. The water is so clean you can see a fish swim by five feet from you. Just like the ad reads there are tons of dolphins and you can spot them most mornings. Another thing that is especially nice about this condo is that it is on the third floor and looks over the pool. You can sit on the balcony and have a conversation with those in the pool or watch the goings on which was really nice for me since I was stuck inside while my baby took a nap every afternoon. I highly recommend this condo for a wonderful vacation. When I return to Ft. Walton I will definitly stay with them again.
