A wide choice of restaurants (family style and fine dining) are available close-by, as are a variety of Supermarkets and Shopping Outlets. The exclusive shops of Naples are an easy short drive away as are the everglades. Golf, fishing, boating, hiking, biking, wildlife viewing, minature golf, waterskiing, parasailing, windsurfing are all close to hand.
Fort Myers is a 2 hour drive from Tampa; 2 and one half hours drive from Miami, and a 3 hour drive from Orlando.

We have rented this home for 2 weeks in February for the last 4 years. We will soon depart for our 5th visit and have already booked our 6th in 2011. I remember the first year we rented; our initial reaction was that although the website for the home is excellent, we felt the home was even better in person. The house and amentias are perfect for our young family. We really like that there is a separate bedroom and washroom area in the back of the home. We use it to invite my parents along but it would be perfect for a second couple too. Here is why we keep going back. The owners care about their home, keep it up and make sure everything is as it should be. They have an excellent property mangement company on-site if there are any issues. ....... We had a nice note from the owners recently about a number of refurbishments they are planning. The fact the owners take pride in their rental home and invest in upkeep makes us confident to keep renting from them time and time again. The location is very quiet and safe. It is also close to everything you would want to access for a vacation. Fort Myers airport is new and easy to use. I think this home is an exceptional value for the quality of property and area. The fact we keep going back every year speaks for itself.
