Just east of the Intracoastal waterway in South Fort Myers-brand new in 2006: The Enclave at College Pointe. Lushly landscaped drive that will put you at the door of The Enclaves' lavish clubhouse. Inside you'll find all the pleasures of a tropical resort, including a great room, sports bar and billiard room, a fitness center with lockers, beautiful pool, heated spa and a fully-equipped business center. Ground floor condo has 2 bedrooms-master furnished with king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a large sofa and 2 oversized chairs. The huge screened lanai is accessible by sliders from each bedroom as well as the family room. The unit has 2 TV's,DVD's and VCR's. There is a separate dining area with table and seating for 4. The fully equipped kitchen has corian countertops and beautiful ceramic tile. The laundry room is next to the kitchen with a full size washer/dryer. The master bath has double sinks and a walk in shower. The second bathroom has a full tub/shower combination.
