Seven lakes golf Club is a 55 and over, 24 hour, manned, gated community. The course is a par 60. This is a one bedroom, attractively furnished condo. All up dated. Full kitchen. Living room, dinning room combination with pass through to kitchen. Bedroom has seprarate dressing room with sink and vanity plus a full bath. Screened-in balcony overlooks golf course and pool. this is a second floor unit with elevator and stairs. Golfers pay a one time fee of $30.00 after which unlimited golf is free. Cart fees apply. Pro shop has adjoining grill room. Clubhouse has library, exercize room, Wi-Fi access, ballroom with stage and other meeting rooms.
