Direct views of the gulf and Sanibel Island are breathtaking and are yours while enjoying your first cup of coffee in the morning from your own private balcony. Watch the dolphins play and the amazing sunsets either from the beach of the balcony.


The condo is newly renovated and beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is completely stocked. Included is stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, utensils, dishes, etc. Linens are provided. There are also beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, books, movies, games, DVD/VCR and TV and more. Everything to make your vacation a true paradise. The doors have been widened to accommodate a wheelchair and the bathroom is large with adequate room for wheelchair accessability.



There is plenty to do on and around the island. There is parasailing, fishing, jet skiing, dolphin tours, siteseeing tours, day trip to the Keys, casino boats, lots of shopping and GOLF ACROSS THE STREET. Tennis is available right on the grounds and much more! BBQ grills are available for those who love to grill out and we have wireless access available for those who have to have their laptops that can be accessed on any of the verandas of all 3 buildings.
