While sitting on your 30 foot lanai, you can enjoy the manatees and dolphins playing.. For the golfers, there is the “newly designed” 18-hole BayBeach Golf Club. The course is within walking distance with reasonable rates even during high season. A beautiful fishing pier is available for Bay Beach Community only. Casa Marina is conveniently located just south of Santini Plaza having many restaurants and great shopping. The “beach trolley” is available to take you from the tip of Fort Myers Beach to Bonita Springs. Seven miles of white sand beach is located directly across the street. A full service marina is located next door for all your boating needs.

Deposits:
Deposit: $500.00 Refundable Security Deposit due at time of reservation deposit – Add to above rates. All rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Cleaning Fee: $125.00
Cancellations and Refunds: A nonrefundable cancellation/reservation fee of 1/2 of total rental fee is required at the time the reservation is made. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Required Stay: Minimum rental is 1 week.
