Vacation Rental Home Description
This condo features a two-bedroom, two-bath suite furnished to be your home away from home! The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, new remote TV/VCR, ceiling fan and sliding-glass doors to the screened-in balcony. The master bedroom and the balcony overlook the beautiful blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, the white sandy beach, and the heated pool. The guest bedroom has new furniture and can be set up as two twin beds or a king-size bed. It's your choice!
Fully equipped kitchen: was completely remodeled including new cabinets, countertops and appliances. The kitchen is equipped with a new dishwasher, new range, and a new refrigerator with ice maker, new washer and dryer, microwave, and coffee maker, blender, and many other conveniences. All linens are included - just bring your beach towel!
Living/dining area: has a sofa-sleeper and love seat, dining table, coffee table, sofa table, and end tables. Additional features include a ceiling fan, sliding-glass doors to the screened-in balcony, cable TV, DVD/VCR, and a stereo with CD player. Videos, games and books are there for your entertainment.
The condo is close to hiking, biking, fishing, marinas, daytime cruises, sunset and dinner/dance cruises, offshore gambling, shopping, golf, parasailing, jet skiing, and every other water sport imaginable. There are great restaurants and nightlife, both on the island and close-by. Convenient trolley transportation at your front door. Close to Lovers Key State Park, Sanibel/Captiva, and Naples.

My family & I stayed the week of 5/31-6/7. It was the perfect vacation spot no one around you had the whole beach to yourself the fishing on the beach was unreal we couldn't bait our lines fast enough the kids really ejoyed themselves. The bad part about the trip was the person we rented from she was not very kind, after what had happened, this unit is on the 3rd floor and one morning we got on the elevator and it dropped and the emergency brakes caught us and we ended up between the 2nd & 1st floor we used the emergency call button but no one was able to help us but we had our cell phone to call 911 and the fire co. had to recuse us, after an hour we were finaly free, my son who is 7 had a panic attack and still will not go in one. We never got an apology or anything, they just told us that things like that happen in life and we should get over it. And the other thing is the bathrooms needed fixings replaced in the showers they were hard to work. The beach here on FT MYERS BEACH is out of this WORLD!!!!!!!!!But just be careful who you rent from!!!! Not everybody shows sympathy to anothers situation unless the shoe is on the other foot!!!!
