golf course and the intercoastal waterway in the back. It is a two story
townhouse concept layout commencing on the second floor of a low rise condominium. The main floor contains the kitchen, living room / dining room and a powder room. The second level contains two bedrooms (1 king size bed and two full size beds) which sleep up to six people and has two full baths.
It is located just north of
Daytona Beach, in the quiet town of
Flagler Beach. It is close to many of the local attractions and just over an hour from Orlando.

This is a great condo. We stayed here last year and it was clean, roomy and well stocked with utensils. The pool( which my kids never left) is great. If u want to go to the beach just walk across the street and there it is. When you wake up in the morning or go to bed at night look out the window and all you see is the beach. The sand is cinnammon colored,Beautiful!! Great place to stay!! The owner Paul is quite a nice man to deal with also.

I rented this condo for my daughter's high school graduation trip with 3 of her friends. They were very impressed with the layout, beauty and accommodations. They had a trip they will remember for the rest of their lives. The owner is one of the most cordial people I have ever dealt with.

My husband and 2 small girls stayed here in June 2008 and had a great time! The condo was very
affordable. I worried what kind of shape it would be in for the price but I should have had no
worries because it was very clean and bright! It was nothing fancy but just what we need for our
family. It was very quite and very enjoyable! The pool was very nice and clean as well. We will
definitely choose this unit in the future. It is definitely what you need if you are on a budget
like we are but still want to enjoy the ocean! My daughters are so ready to go back and at this
price, maybe we can afford to go twice a year! Paul, the owner, was very helpful and cordial as
well! I really recommend this place and look forward to returning!
