It is furnished with a denim Laz-Z-Boy soft and loveseat with 4 comfy pillows, cocktail table plus end tables. The entertainment center contains a complete DVD Dolby Digital Home Theater Solution and DVD/CD player. A ceiling fan keeps air moving around the living and dining areas. Sliding doors open to a screened lanai set up with 2 chairs, cocktail table and a BBQ.

The L-shape counter with double sinks provides ample work space for meal preparation.
