Relax in the comfort of this bright and airy fully furnished 3BR/2BA, oceanfront condo. Flagler Beach is a delightful beach community located on Florida's east coast, just minutes from historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and only about an hour to Orlando. Enjoy the heated pool and private walkway to the beach. This condo views the Atlantic ocean from the screened lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen and master suite. The screened lanai is set up for relaxing and is a great place to start your day with the sunrise over the ocean while watching birds play in the surf. Unwind viewing beautiful sunsets from your front entry in the evening.

MASTERBED : The master suite has ocean views, a king size bed,dresser with mirror, 2 nightstands with lamps, alarm clock, 2 closets, 1 walk-in, mounted TV, phone, ceiling fan and plantation shutters on a large window.

MASTERBATH : The spacious master bath has a separate shower, double sink vanity with cultured marble counter, a step up garden tub and shower which is perfect for a relaxing bath.

2NDBED : The second bedroom has a queen size bed, triple dresser with mirror, night stand, ceiling fan, table lamp and chair. This room overlooks the ocean Palms golf course.

3RDBED : The third bedroom has a queen size bed, 10 drawer dresser, night stand, phone, chair and table lamp. This room also overlooks the golf course.

LIVINGROOM : The living room offers views of the Atlantic ocean through triple sliding glass doors that open to the screened lanai. This room has plenty of space to relax. It is furnished with a denim Laz-Z-Boy soft and loveseat with 4 comfy pillows, cocktail table plus end tables. The entertainment center contains a complete DVD Dolby Digital Home Theater Solution and DVD/CD player. A ceiling fan keeps air moving around the living and dining areas. Sliding doors open to a screened lanai set up with 2 chairs, cocktail table and a BBQ.

DININGROOM : Enjoy the ocean view and listen to the waves roll in while eating in the dining room.

KITCHEN : The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, disposal, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, tea kettle, hand mixer, blender, electric can opener, George Forman grill and extra kitchen utensils. The L-shape counter with double sinks provides ample work space for meal preparation.

COMMENTS : Other amenities to ensure a comfortable stay include a heated pool, shade area with seating and tables under cover, chaise lounges, private walkway to the beach, a common elevator, air conditioning, cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, iron, ironing board, cordless phone with answering machine, alarm clocks, linens, beach towels,a beach tent, bocci ball, 2 beach chairs and 2 fishing poles.

Flagler beach offers over six miles of uncrowded beaches. It is bordered by the Atlantic ocean on the east, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. To the north, you'll find lots of world-class golf courses, many of which are designed by some of the biggest names in pro golf. To the South, there is the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the John F. Kennedy Space Center which make nice day trips. You can visit the 144 acre Gamble Rogers Memorial State Park where opportunities to view wildlife are endless. Flagler Beach is host to many superb local restaurants and shops. There is also a pier for fishing or for enjoying a leisurely stroll. You can enjoy many wonderful activities such as golfing, swimming, fishing, boating snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, and sightseeing. You may even want to visit the nearby outlet stores in historic St. Augustine, as well as Fort Clinch, and the dozens of shops and restaurants in the town center. Looking for adventure? All within one to two hours are Walt Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM and Universal Studios.
