The living room offers wonderful views of the ocean through 12 foot glass sliders that open to the screened patio. This large room feels open and very comfortable. It's furnished with a new leather sectional sofa, coffee table, end tables, lamps and ceiling fan. Electronics include TV, VCR, DVD and CD player.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, disposal, dishes, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. There is also a wooden table with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two barstools.

The screened lanai is a great place for watching the sunrise over the ocean while watching dolphins swin in the surf. Relax on the rear balcony with beautiful sunsets.

Flagler Beach offers over six miles of uncrowded beaches. It is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean on the east, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. To the north, you'll find lots of world-class golf courses, many of which are designed by some of the biggest names in pro golf. To the South, there is the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the John F. Kennedy Space Center which make nice day trips. You can visit the 144 acre Gambles Rogers Memorial State Park where opportunities to view wildlife are endless. Flagler Beach is host to many superb local restaurants and shops. There is also a pier for fishing or for enjoying a leisurely stroll. You can enjoy many wonderful activities such as golfing, swimming, fishing, boating snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, and sightseeing.
