This beautifully remodeled 2bd/2ba condo offers you a wonderful view of the ocean and pool. Behind the complex there is a nine-hole golf course and it's just 30 minutes to St. Augustine and nearby Marineland. The Master bedroom has warm green tones, a queen size bed, telephone and TV/DVD/Cable. The Master bathroom is spacious with new cabinets, sink, faucet, mirror, and tub/shower. The second bedroom contains 2 twin beds with new furniture, comforter/linens, telephone, TV/DVD/Cable, and a view of the ocean/pool.

The living room has a wonderful view of the ocean and the pool through the large glass sliding doors that lead out to the patio. In addition, it has a sofa, love seat, and recliner. The dinning room has a wicker glass top table that seats 5 comfortably on chairs with brand new seat cushions in beach tones. The kitchen was completely remodeled in April of 2005, with new dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, and telephone. It's just Beautiful! The oversized patio has patio furniture, a lounge chair that offers a relaxing view of the pool and ocean. This unit has a new A/C unit, wood blinds, completely new kitchen, new bathroom, linens, mattress pads, comforters, towels, dishes, utencils, etc. Come to our home away from home and experience endless relaxation.
