Relax in luxury at this fully furnished 3BR/2BA, oceanfront condo at beautiful Flagler Beach. Flagler Beach is a delightful beach community located on Florida's east coast, just minutes from historic St. Augustine and Daytona Beach, and only about an hour to Orlando. Enjoy the heated pool and private walkway to the beach. This condo is a second story corner unit which boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean from the screened lanai, living room, dining room, kitchen and master suite. The second and third bedrooms overlook the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean Palms golf course. The screened lanai is set up for relaxing and is a great place to start your day with the sunrise over the ocean while watching birds play in the surf. Unwind on the rear balcony with beautiful sunsets in the evening.



MASTERBED : The master suite has ocean views, a king size bed, walk-in closets, an occasional chair , writing desk, TV, and private access to the screened lanai.



MASTERBATH : The spacious master bath has a separate shower, dual sinks, and a garden tub which is perfect for a relaxing bath.



2NDBED : The second bedroom has a queen size bed, wicker chair, end table and lamp, and a TV. This room overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and the ocean Palms golf course.



3RDBED : The third bedroom has a Full size Murphy bed and desk that fold neatly into built-in custom wall units when not in use. There are also cabinets, an occasional chair, end table with lamp, TV, DVD player, and VCR. This room also overlooks the Intracoastal and the golf course.



LIVINGROOM : The living room offers sensational views of the Atlantic ocean through 12 foot glass sliders that open to the screened lanai. This room has plenty of space to relax. It's furnished with a sofa, two occasional chairs, a coffee table, wicker trunk, end tables and lamps, TV, VCR, DVD player, and an entertainment system with CD player and volume control in every room.



DININGROOM : Enjoy the ocean view and listen to the waves roll in while eating in the dining room. There is a glass top table with four chairs, and a beautiful glass china cabinet.



KITCHEN : The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, disposal, dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. There is also a glass top table with four chairs, a breakfast bar with two chairs, TV, wicker cabinet, and corner cabinets for extra storage.



COMMENTS : Other amenities to ensure a comfortable stay include a heated pool, private walkway to the beach, a common elevator, private single car garage with opener, air conditioning, cable TV, washer and dryer in the unit, iron, ironing board, cordless phone with answering machine, alarm clocks, hair dryer, linens, beach towels, and beach chairs.



Flagler beach offers over six miles of uncrowded beaches. It is bordered by the Atlantic ocean on the east, and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. To the north, you'll find lots of world-class golf courses, many of which are designed by some of the biggest names in pro golf. To the South, there is the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and the John F. Kennedy Space Center which make nice day trips. You can visit the 144 acre Gambles Rogers Memorial State Park where opportunities to view wildlife are endless. Flagler Beach is host to many superb local restaurants and shops. There is also a pier for fishing or for enjoying a leisurely stroll. You can enjoy many wonderful activities such as golfing, swimming, fishing, boating snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, windsurfing, hiking, bicycling, shopping, and sightseeing.
