Cinnamon beach 1054 is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo ideally located in a quiet, upscale resort. Just picture yourself sipping your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on your private and spacious balcony, while you enjoy gorgeous views.
Or take the elevator down and in a few steps bask in the sun and frolic in the waves of the Atlantic ocean. Cinnamon beach offers a private beach and a full choice of resort amenities. You'll feel pampered by all the choices on-site at our gated community, and you'll love the luxury of staying in a condo with vaulted ceilings and beautiful views.
Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 8 guests. Our condo is accessible by both elevator and stairs and features 1900 square feet of elegantly appointed and furnished living space. The kitchen provides all the necessities and is nicely accented with dark wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances.
The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas with views throughout. The dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you prefer. Our kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous seating space is provided in the living area for you and your guests to relax.
Enjoy the TV, a DVD and/or music while inside, or step outside and relax on the large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on our balcony fresco dining table.
The 3 bedrooms include a master with a pillow top king bed, tv set/dvd player, private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities. The guest bedrooms are located at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy, and include one with a queen size bed and tv set/dvd player, and one with 2 extra long twins and a tv set/dvd player. The sofa opens to a queen bed for extra sleeping space (sleeps 2). Best of all, we have high speed cable Internet for guests who bring their lap top computers.
This is Cinnamon beach condo Unit 1054 in the ocean Hammock Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida (which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine & north of Daytona Beach Florida). This is building 10, fifth floor. We also manage 1052,1053 (5th floor - next door). Perfect for families and groups traveling together
The Cinnamon beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an amazing ocean-front pool for adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope entrance for kids, a water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a game room, and a selection of picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 1 block away. )
Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the ocean Hammock Resort in the exclusive gated community of Cinnamon beach. The ocean Hammock golf Club is a private course known as 'The Pebble beach of the East'. Minutes away from ocean Hammock are numerous challenging public golf courses. Please email us for a free list.
Amenities: Includes high speed wireless Internet, AC, heat. Plus, a brand new color TV, DVD player, CD player, phone, full kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave / dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer & dryer, linens / towels. Note: beach towels and beach chairs are not provided. condo sleeps 8.
